Take Control of Your Health Naturally
Carla Spizzirri, RH
Registered Clinical Herbalist
Herbs were commonly used before western pharmaceuticals were introduced. Treating and preventing health imbalances with herbs is naturally safe under the supervised care of a Clinical Herbalist.
Please call or email if you have any questions about how we can help support your health. We offer a 15 minute discovery call prior to your appointment no charge to you.
Call today to find out if herbal medicine is for you.
Our Clinical Herbalist specializes in making customized herbal medicine that includes blends of teas, tinctures and infused oils to support the body's natural healing abilities, if needed. If you are taking any pharmaceuticals and/or drugs, please be sure to let us know during your intake. We now have over 62 tinctures in stock. Our tinctures are small batch. All of the herbs chosen for tincture are either organic or sourced ethically & wild crafted. We will be expanding our apothecary with more herbs. Please see the product list for the most updated information.
Our herbal tinctures are made using the standard Western Herbalist method with pure ethyl alcohol that is diluted between 20%-90%, depending on the herb. Some herbal constituents require a higher level of alcohol to extract properly.
Herbal medicine can be used to treat the root causes of your health imbalances and reverse them naturally. Herbs & holistic medicine can be used to treat many chronic and acute symptoms, rather than managing or suppressing them. Clinical herbalists are able to provide a natural approach to your health, giving you maximum control over your own health with guided assistance and knowledge.
Carla Spizzirri received her Clinical Herbalist Diploma from Medical Herbalist Diane Kent, N.M.I.M.H & RH in 2019. Please visit her website. Carla is currently (2023-2024) registered with the Ontario Herbalist Association as a Professional Member . Diane has retired from teaching and provided an in-depth study of Western Herbalism that included over 350 clinical hours and case studies.
